A multilingual capacity with 11 years of experience across multiples industries: Finance, Hedge fund, Events, E-commerce and Real estate. We assist clients to buy or sell real estate in Berlin. I am a firm believer in the “Win-Win” way of thinking. Truly, it is the only sustainable approach to healthy negotiations, business ventures, but also friendships and relationships in general. I try my best to apply the “Win-Win” principle to all aspects of my life. This impacts decision processes and relationships with business partners, clients, family, friends, and of course with my lovely girlfriend. I am grateful for all of these encounters which help me learn and grow every day as a human being. For fun, I like to do yoga, sports, and meditate. I love to read, to cook, eat and sip good red wine. I spend as much time outdoors in nature as I can. Curriculum Vitae
Franco-American living in Berlin. I have a natural knack for sales and marketing (8 years of experience in multiple industries and countries together with strong language and communication skills), a proven talent for brokerage (hedge-fund experience and property referrals), and a keen entrepreneurial expertise – successfully building out e-commerce operations from the ground up. Furthermore, I have gathered some expertise within several areas of finance and investing (rental property investing, crypto-currency trading). My understanding of business and tax law (as managing director of Sunday.fr) and my experience of tech and fin-tech are used to the best interest of my clients. My personal interest in real estate (residential rental, and pre-foreclosure restructuring) is a life long passion and I am always eager to take it to the next level. I speak:
