Helping people to gain clarity and happiness in their careers by developing agile steps for personal The workshops are online or limited to ca. 20 people.

The Tribe for Career Happiness is a project for entrepeneurs, students and people in transition. The idea is to create a space where we explore tools that help us grow in our projects and within our own processes. We will learn how to use these coaching tools to support ourselves and others. In our workshop series we facilitate workshops, give Input and create the space for you to coach each other. We will provide you with practical and highly effective tools to find out your goals, to keep focused on your project and motivated even in stormy times. Ich starte eine Coaches Community.

Neulich hab ich den Großen Wagen fotografiert – klarer Himmel, beide Füße im Sand. Kein schlechtes Bild für das, worum’s in unserem Job eigentlich geht: Vision und Bodenhaftung gleichzeitig halten.

12 Jahre Coaching-Erfahrung haben mir gezeigt: Die Themen, die uns als Business- und Karrierecoaches erfolgreich machen – und erfolgreich halten – wiederholen sich. Daily Struggle. Positionierung. AI. Netzwerken. Etc.

Deshalb baue ich eine Peer-Community auf Gegenseitigkeits-Basis auf. Kein Frontalprogramm - wir lernen voneinander, aus dem, was bei mir und meinen Partnern und bei dir funktioniert.

Start: alle 14 Tage ein Call, ab Mitte August.

You open LinkedIn for 30 seconds.

There’s an old Buddhist-rooted Japanese expression called oubaitori - let me inspire you to changed how you think about career change timelines.

It’s built from four kanji: cherry blossom, plum, peach, apricot. Four trees. Four completely different bloom times.

The cherry blossom doesn’t try to become the plum.
The peach doesn’t wait for permission to bloom.

You’re not in their race. You’re in yours.

What makes a good life?

For me it always comes back to relationships.

The one with yourself. The ones with others.

Just be with what is. Acknowledge it. Be present.

And if something didn’t work out the way you wanted —
forgive yourself.

That’s it really.

We can all be in good relationships.
It starts with showing up for yourself.
