The last 12 months had been very challenging for us all, the travel industry was one group that got a devastated blow. We witness first hand how our beloved Travel Journalists suffered, not only by seeing their industry go into a global-coma but many were not able to report it as their outlets laid off entire travel desks. - We worked hard during these times to continue supplying them with data-driven content from our travel Patrons and we are proud to be part of the force behind what we believe will be a prompt awakening to the industry. Thank you to all data-driven journalists that published our content in the last 12 months. Below are a few of over 200 outlets that covered our travel-related content in 2020.

Just like countless businesses around the world we had to adapt to the changes caused by the economic fallout of the pandemic.
We first had to learn to work from home and to maximize the use of our shortened work hours. Then we decided to do extensive polling and data mining to give journalists factual and up the minute datasets. These efforts lead to a multi-country snapshot in the history of the crisis unfolding. Our survey has reveling findings regarding the effects quarantine had on people's mental health, nutrition, economic security, food security, and even on their perception of how the crisis has been dealt like by their leaders, among many other interesting subjects.
We are grateful for the support of our fantastic clients and extremely proud of how our team is applying data-driven journalism to help tell the story of our times.

We are continuously and methodically dealing with the new media landscape forming and dissolving in front of our eyes, one thing is clear - Content is still king.

It’s no secret that the journalism industry is under threat, and has been for some time. As we work hand-in-hand with journalists every day, we wanted to bring attention to the challenges they’re facing. In this poll released today, you can see how journalists from around the world view their industry, what they fear the most, and why they believe that protecting the freedom of the press is so vital. We truly believe that the best days of journalism are yet to come, and we hope that this study can contribute towards the conversation about how to innovate within the industry.
