Wenn die alten Werkzeuge nicht mehr führen
Ein persönlicher Gedanke über Übergänge, Klarheit und Verbindung

Berufliche Netzwerke erzählen oft Geschichten von Leistung.
Von Positionen, Methoden, Prozessen, Ergebnissen.
Ich erzähle lieber von Wandlung.
Ich begleite Menschen und Organisationen in Übergängen –
wenn alles noch funktioniert,
aber nichts mehr wirklich trägt.
Wenn die alten Werkzeuge noch verfügbar sind,
aber keine Richtung mehr geben.
Wenn Klarheit nicht nur strukturiert,
sondern auch gespürt werden will.
Ich arbeite mit Menschen,
die in beiden Welten stehen:
die noch mit Modellen arbeiten –
und zugleich spüren,
dass etwas Tieferes mitschwingt.
Ich höre auf das, was sich nicht sofort sagen lässt.
Und helfe, Worte dafür zu finden.
Nicht als Methode.
Sondern als Haltung.
Vielleicht ist genau jetzt eine Zeit,
in der sich etwas neu sortiert.
Beruflich. Innerlich. In Beziehungen.

When the Old Tools Still Work – But No Longer Lead
A quiet reflection on transitions, clarity and connection
Professional networks often tell stories of achievement.
Of roles, frameworks, systems, outcomes.
I’m more drawn to stories of transition.
I accompany people and organisations in times of change –
when everything still works,
but nothing truly resonates.
When the old tools are still available,
but no longer offer direction.
When clarity asks not only to be structured,
but to be felt.
I work with people
who live in both worlds:
still working with models –
and already sensing
that something deeper is present.
I listen for what can’t yet be said.
And help give it form.
Not as a technique.
But as an orientation.
Perhaps this is a time
when something is quietly realigning –
professionally, inwardly, in relationships.
