I offer a range of conflict management consulting and capacity building services In the area of political integration, diversity management, and post-conflict peace-building. My approach is simple, we need to help people find mutually satisfying solutions, create sustainable solutions or build the capacities of future leaders.

Over 15 years working with leaders in Western Balkans, South Asia, and the MENA Region, I have developed experience and expertise in process facilitation, workshop design, and training in conflict management. I have work with NGOs, community and business leaders, and peace-builders to develop mediation, facilitation and problem-solving skills. My training approach is tailored made to the needs of each partner and is based on experiential learning, interactive development and real life experience sharing. Over the years I have learned that most people would like to solve their own problems and that often mediators need to shift the focus away from themselves and become more of a support structure for people and organizations who want to be in the driver seat.
