The results of our 2026 charity walk-runs are in! 🎉

Our global 4flow community covered more than 9,000 kilometers during this year's 4Charity Walk & Run. 🌍

To maximize the impact, 4flow rounded up the total donation to €11,000, which will be distributed among 15 local nonprofit organizations operating in the communities where 4flow team members live and work.

A huge thank you to everyone who laced up their shoes, joined local events and supported colleagues along the way. Your commitment shows what can happen when a global community comes together for a good cause. ✨🧡

Connect Weeks in the USA ✨

Our Atlanta and Detroit offices each held Connect Weeks, during which 4flowers strengthened connections across functions, shared experiences, and created lasting memories together as a team. Highlights included a Pride Month lunch, cheering on the Detroit Tigers, a friendly competition at Topgolf, and giving back through volunteer activities with Forgotten Harvest and Open Hands.

International finance workshop 🌍

4flow’s global finance team came together for a three-day workshop at our Berlin headquarters. In addition to discussing upcoming challenges and diving deep into topics like AI, the workshop was also an occasion to get together in person, especially since most day-to-day collaboration happens through screens and across time zones.💻✨

The team also had the chance to join the Wednesday office breakfast, and the workshop wrapped up with a lovely team dinner. It was great to connect, exchange ideas and enjoy a relaxed and positive atmosphere together as a team.
