Reclaim the power of your female body by bringing awareness, strength and mobility into your pelvis and deep core muscles.
This 2 hour class will guide you though a journey of movement and breath to release and strengthen the muscle structures within the pelvis as well as its surrounding and supporting areas, like the abdomen, lower back, hip, feet and deep core muscles.
Weakness and tension in the pelvic muscles can lead to a wide range of dysfunctions that often not only affect our body but our everyday well-being and mental health.
In our Pelvic Floor Yoga Classes we intend to prevent, balance and potentially reverse these dysfunctions to establish:
*Menstrual Health
*Sexual Health
*Urinary Health
*Digestive Health
*Structural Balance
Through exercises targeted towards the pelvic muscles we create a conscious connection to a part of the female body whose central anatomic and structural importance is widely ignored and misunderstood.
To dive further into the journey of deep relaxation and the healing nervous system response, we conclude the Asana practice with a "Yoni Nidra". A guided Yoga Nidra ta***ic meditation dedicated to the Pelvic Bowl on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

For this practice no prior Yoga experience is needed.
