The co-founder of Los Angeles Cold Press, a certified Kundalini teacher will be conducting the class and sharing tips to apply during work in order to maintain good health. She will be sharing the importance and benefits of juicing. Join her for an invigorating 1-hour session. You are sure to leave more happier!

Please bring your yoga clothes and a mat. You will receive a cold pressed juice to take home at the end of the class.
