Big day today…successfully supported the registration of three different private limited companies in Germany.
One highlight was SAVIC Technologies pvt.ltd . Ltd., a global AI & SAP consulting company with 500+ employees and offices in Mumbai India, Malaysia, Dubai, and the US, now expanding into Germany with a subsidiary GmbH.

The CEO of parent company, Senthil S , flew in just for the notary appointment and returning the same day, while a local CEO, Shubham Khenat , has been appointed to lead operations here.

Glad to have supported them through the German bureaucracy and now continuing as their channel partner for growth.

Founder’s Café Berlin in our office – What a night to remember! ❤️🫶🏻

Last night’s session was truly special moderated by Sharique Javaid

We had a highly interactive meetup where everyone got the chance to speak, share their ideas, and openly discuss their challenges. No one was left behind .. every voice mattered.

From group discussions to spontaneous presentations, the energy in the room was powerful.

Last night we hosted a highly interactive Founder’s Café in Hamburg, bringing together a diverse group of full-time professionals, few founders, and students.

What made this session special was the openness in the room .. everyone introduced themselves, shared their journeys, and contributed to meaningful discussions around starting a business in Germany.

Moderated by Sharique Javaid, we explored different pathways (freelancing, Gewerbe, UG/GmbH), along with the real opportunities and challenges that come with them.

A key takeaway was clear: building in Germany is not just about ideas, but about collaboration, networking, and supporting each other along the journey.
