June 14 Meyer-Grohbrügge & Chermayeff is a German-American design studio with a simple mission: to make spaces that help people relate to one another.

One of their most whimsical projects is a tiny sauna installed on a rooftop in Berlin, described as both "the most private and most open space" created by the office to date. Measuring only 1.5m on each side, the acrylic cube offers a panoramic view of the city's skyline: dependent only on how foggy things are inside.

BERLÍN — BYDLENÍ BUDOUCNOSTI?
Studio June 14 Meyer-Grohbrügge & Chermayeff , jehož zakladatelé mají 5letou zkušenost z japonského ateliéru Sanaa, staví nyní v Kurfürstenstrasse 142 –143 zajímavý projekt "Shared Spaces Berlin". Dům s 23 byty, které se právě staví, nás nutí k zamýšlení. Žádné separátně uzavřené jednotky, kde ani po letech nevíme, kdo je náš so**ed. Ale džungle pro všechny – společná kuchyň, střešní terasa a prostor, ve kterém se můžeš scházet s ostatními k jídlu, diskusím či oslavám. Je to bydlení pro tebe, nebo máš raději svoje soukromí mezi 4 stěnami?
