💡 Renewable Energy: Our IT and office operations are powered by 100% hydropower from Lichtblick, ensuring cleaner energy consumption.

🚶 Sustainable Commuting: We incentivize eco-friendly commuting methods, with 95% of our employees choosing foot, bike, or public transport in 2018. Plus, we've phased out company cars since 2019 and offer subsidies for public transit.

🌐💡 Hoch strukturierte Interviews: Der Killer für die Candidate Experience?

Hoch strukturierte Interviews gelten in der Eignungsdiagnostik als unverzichtbarer Bestandteil der Personalauswahl. Doch wer zu starr an der Struktur festhält, riskiert nicht nur eine steife Atmosphäre, sondern auch eine negative Candidate Experience. Dr. Stella Katherina Wanzel und Roxana Junczyk teilen ihre Gedanken dazu.

In einem persönlichen Rückblick erzählt Stella von einem Bewerbungsgespräch, das sich eher wie eine mündliche Prüfung anfühlte. Strukturiert bis ins Detail, aber ohne Raum für individuelle Rückfragen und ohne Feedback. Eine Situation, die die sogenannte Candidate Experience deutlich beeinträchtigte.

Warum ist die Candidate Experience so wichtig? Studien zeigen, dass die wahrgenommene Unternehmensattraktivität stark von der Positivität des Auswahlprozesses abhängt. Hierbei spielen Faktoren wie hinreichende Information, Partizipation der Bewerbenden, Transparenz und Feedback eine entscheidende Rolle. Doch wie kann man das richtige Maß an Struktur und Flexibilität finden?

Die Botschaft ist klar: Eine hinreichende Struktur im Interview ist wichtig zur Einhaltung der diagnostischen Güte. Es geht also nicht darum, Struktur gegen Candidate Experience auszuspielen. Vielmehr sollte eine Balance zwischen Struktur und Flexibilität angestrebt werden, um den sich wandelnden Anforderungen in der Arbeitswelt gerecht zu werden. In einer Zeit, in der der Arbeitsmarkt sich zunehmend zum Arbeitnehmermarkt entwickelt, ist ein Umdenken im Auswahlprozess unumgänglich. Let's welcome Carina, who has just joined our interpool family. Get to know her more →

Hi, I'm Carina, and I just moved from Frankfurt a.M. to Berlin. I couldn't have asked for a better start, and I'm very happy to be part of the Kärcher Talent Acquisition Team now.

From now on, I will be responsible for smooth application processes to guarantee good experiences for everyone interested in joining the Kärcher family.

As I have been welcomed very warmly by the whole team, I'm really looking forward to the upcoming time and getting more involved in the daily processes.

Besides work, I'm mostly enjoying my free time with my two cats and taking advantage of the variety of food that Berlin has to offer :-) I also like rollerblading at the Tempelhofer Feld and exploring new cities and countries all over the world.
