Wer OE der Geschäftsleitung erklären will, fängt meistens falsch an.

Design Sprints Studio is now CoHive.

Not just a new name. After six years of running sprints, facilitating workshops, developing strategy, training teams, and consulting on leadership and innovation challenges, the work had already moved somewhere else.

Most organizational change fails not because of bad intentions, but because nobody touches what's actually producing the problem. The structures. The decision patterns. What the system rewards every single day.

That's the level we work at now. Full story at the link in bio or here:

Ever felt like a failure just crushed your career? Here's my short story of turning disaster into triumph.

I once led a project that completely failed.

Despite our best efforts, we missed the mark, and the client was disappointed.

I felt like I had let everyone down.

But this failure became my biggest lesson.

It taught me to embrace transparency, communicate better, and involve the team more in decision-making processes.

Failures are stepping stones.

Don’t fear them.

Learn and grow from them.

Confession: I was wrong. 🙈

As a designer and strategist, I lived in a bubble. A bubble where the best product always wins. Spoiler alert: It doesn't. 🚫

Imagine pouring your soul into creating something revolutionary, only to watch it gather dust. That was me.

Why? Because I focused on the product, not the people. 👥

Here's the hard truth:

No one cares about your product. 😕

Harsh? Yes. Necessary? Absolutely.

The game-changer? Making it about THEM. 👍

People don't buy products; they buy better versions of themselves.

It's not about what your product is; it's about what it does for them:

↳ Enhances their life 🚀
↳ Helps achieve their goals 🎯
↳ Solves their problems 🛠️
↳ Gives them a reason to care ❤️

The moment I shifted focus from MY product to THEIR needs, everything changed.

Your product could be groundbreaking, but if it doesn't resonate with your audience, it's invisible. 🌫️

Don't make my mistake.

Focus on them.

Transform lives, one solution at a time. 🌟

Have you ever shifted focus in your approach? How did it impact your results?

Share your experiences below. Let's learn from each other. 🙏

Me trying to explain to my boss that AI is here to help, not take over the world.

Just had a meeting where I had to explain to my boss that AI isn't here to replace us all... yet.

Alright, I totally made this up.

While AI can automate a lot of tasks and processes, it's still there to make our lives (and workflows) easier.

Think of it this way: AI is like that super-organized assistant who comes in, tackles all the tedious data entry, and frees you up for more strategic work.

Together, let's embrace this change. Can you share one area in your workflow where you think AI could lend a helping hand?

💡 Do you want to use AI for your business processes or products, but don't know how?

In the rapidly evolving landscape of AI 🧠 and UX Design 📱, it's crucial we address the elephant in the room - ethics.

But the ethical impact of our designs often gets overlooked 👀.

From data collection 📊 to algorithm biases, our decisions shape tomorrow's digital world 🌐.

As designers and strategists, we must anticipate and prevent ethical issues 🛑.

How do we ensure AI respects user privacy? 🤔

Can our systems be bias-free? ⚖️

Balancing technological advancement with ethics is complex 🔄.

It involves tough questions and challenging discussions 💬.

As we venture into this uncharted territory, let's prioritize ethics, not just innovation 💡.

Designing responsibly isn't merely good practice, but a necessity for a tech-friendly future 🚀.

It's not difficult to incorporate AI ethics into your product development process 🏗️.

Allow me to introduce the AI Ethics Method Cards 🃏.

The AI Ethics Cards, created by our partner , serve as a valuable and innovative tool within our AI Design Sprint framework 🛠️.

We use AI Ethics Cards in our AI Sprint workshops to address ethical challenges while crafting new product ideas or automation processes 🧩.

These cards cover numerous use cases, providing a comprehensive yet accessible overview for applying to their AI projects 🏢.

In the realm of business, design is not merely an aesthetic embellishment.

Design is a strategic tool that shapes the user experience and drives business outcomes.

The quote underscores this notion, emphasizing that every decision made, or not made, regarding an object, product, or service constitutes a form of design.

Neglecting design, or opting for a thoughtless approach, can lead to frustrating user experiences, hindering brand perception, and ultimately hindering business success.

Good design, on the other hand, empowers businesses to connect with their target audience on a deeper level, fostering user satisfaction, brand loyalty, and ultimately, greater financial returns.

Businesses that prioritize design and continuously refine their offerings are more likely to achieve sustainable growth.

By understanding user needs and employing thoughtful design principles, businesses can create products, services, and experiences that resonate with their target audience, fostering loyalty and driving long-term growth.

It's really that simple, but it's frequently overlooked.
