We are facing a transnational crisis. As such, not only Governments but Organizations are having the opportunity to reflect and redirect themselves towards holistic positive impact on society and the planet. This, more than ever, is a time for global togetherness.

We had the pleasure to interview Gui Curi, founder of .us for our Dreamers Talks.

During our conversation, Gui talked about Designing Organizational Culture in times of Covid-19. He shared insights on how can organizations, people and the government reflect and act in order to promote changes aligned with what the world is calling.

“The current crisis can act as trigger for consciousness shift. I am hopeful that organizations and countries see it as an opportunity to unite”, says Gui.

Covid-19 is showing us that when humanity is united in common cause, phenomenally rapid change is possible. None of the world’s problems are technically difficult to solve; they originate in human disagreement. In coherency, humanity’s creative powers are boundless. A few months ago, a proposal to halt commercial air travel would have seemed preposterous. Likewise for the radical changes we are making in our social behavior, economy, and the role of government in our lives.

In times of such global crisis we believe we should practice generosity, solidarity and community support by asking ourselves ‘how can I contribute’?

✧ We in dream Facilitation are dedicated to supporting people to put their purpose into action, connecting to their true wishes and applying them to their projects and life. When we are asked to distance ourselves from others, we are confronted with ourselves, our life-styles and our values. Are we comfortable with it all? Is this where we want to be? How could we create sustainable changes and start living a life more connected to our beliefs?

ಂ We see the current situation as an opportunity to engage in the things we never have time for in our normal busy lives. Change requires time and commitment, understanding where we stand so we can understand where we want to go. We finally have time to dedicate to those tasks, and that is exciting for us, as we have the chance to support more people to experience their purpose in their lives.

Humankind is now facing a global crisis. Perhaps the biggest crisis of our generation. The decisions people and governments take in the next few weeks will probably shape the world for years to come." -

It is time for deep transformation in the way we operate, both personally and collectively.
That requires us to drop everything that isn’t essential. It is a process of letting go of our old ego, the actually predefined concepts of success that rely on money and external recognition. With that, we have the chance to let come a more generous, conscious and collaborative way of living.
