GMO-Lebensmittel müssen gekennzeichnet werden, damit die Leute wählen können, ob sie die wollen oder nicht. GMO-Impfstoffe sollten dann aber auch so behandelt werden, um den Menschen eine Wahl zu geben.

If it would be hot in Berlin as it is now in Algiers, I would recommend you to drink much fresh juices from fruits and vegetables and eat some salad with tunaor goats cheese; but since autumn has arrived, what am I supposed to say? On vacation in Algeria, 30°C, heading to the beach; questions will be answered via e-mail, please apologize when I do not answer the phone - the roaming costs are still skyhigh here. Will be back in Berlin Oct. 9.

Already three weeks of hot summer with an interlude of some rainy days - what a blessing this year! Hope you have or had already nice vacations. Please make sure that you still drink enough and have lots of seasonal fruits and veggies! Go and swim as often as possible, better than jogging or gym. Sunny greetings!

Summer approaches slowly in Berlin, Germany. Humidity makes it hard to exercise for people who are not used to it. Take it easy and start slowly!
Strawberries are now at their fullest here. Eat them weherever you can get them. Freeze them if you have the possibility, for later use, either cold and refrehing on very hot days or as mood booster on rainy days.
And now, since we have all those summer veggies, try to eat vegetarian at least three days a week. Your body will say: Thank you!

The rain does more and more harm to our physical and psychic conditions - but thank God, we have strawberries, asparagus and fresh green salad. With some sugar for the berries (only when they ere not naturally sweet enough!) and lemon juice sauce, we can boost our mood and loose some kilos. Please beware of meat if you do not exercise regularly 30 min a day!

Spring is here...still feeling tired? Try as many non-cooked fruits and vegetables as possible - five times a day. If you cannot eat such an amount of raw stuff, please contact me. I can give you the brandnames of tested supplements on fruit and veggie basis. But I do not have commercial contracts with the producers...I am and will stay independent. Only products that I have tested myself will be recommended.
