Some of it can’t be measured:
The first sip of ice cold water after a run. The mind slowing down in shavasana. Being both pushed and held by your community, your tribe, your people. ❤️

Some of it can be measured:
Six days. Twenty athletes and coaches. Twelve Les Mills classes across three spaces. 967 branded assets. 2,435 content pieces across 24 accounts. 14.3 million views across all posts and stories. Proof that a message built with intention travels far.

HOUSE OF STRENGTH, BALI 🌊

Not one event. Controlled yet raw power, sweat, stillness, sound, connection. Something built across six days, dissolving the line between training and everything around it.
Ritual before reps. Intention before output.
And underneath it all, a culture that was already there, already whole. We just learned to move inside it- also thanks to our fantastic collaborators.

We didn’t bring athletes to Bali to perform strength. We came to learn from and share with each other.
