Two days of knowledge exchange, laboratory insights and networking in ! 🤝

We were pleased to welcome our colleagues from SMS, Tentamus UK to our headquarters and bilacon for an in-depth exchange on processes, microbiology and digital solutions.

The visit offered a comprehensive look behind the scenes of our daily operations – from sample reception and microbiological testing to data evaluation, reporting and quality assurance. 🔬

A key focus was our workflow. The programme included a tour of the bilacon microbiology laboratory, insights into sample intake, cooling-chain samples, incubator sorting, LIMS integration and the interaction between automated and manual processes. 🧫

and laboratory information management were another important part of the exchange. Our teams demonstrated the LIMS and discussed processes around request management and laboratory workflows, providing an opportunity to share experiences and explore how digital solutions can support efficient laboratory operations. 💻
