On November 25, 26 & 27, we gathered at The Löwenpalais in for an extraordinary edition of HERnewpath Women's Workshop for Purpose, Power & Narrative, where women from more than 16 countries came together to learn, share, support, and celebrate one other.

This workshop was not just about professional growth or business success; it was about cultivating kindness, building meaningful connections, and uplifting each other with genuine care.

Our host Kun Duz Kachieva, brought this vision to life with her inspiring leadership. We extend our gratitude to our sponsor Stiftung West-Östliche Begegnungen and to Board Chair Jelena Hoffmann and Director Anna Kaiser for making this journey possible.

Our speakers illuminated the stage with transformative insights, powerful stories, and practical tools for women in business and leadership:

• Dea Viinikainen – Strategic entrepreneurship and business planning
• Rana Mohsen – AI tools for next-level branding and marketing
• Sayyara Huseynova – Digital communication strategies for the modern entrepreneur

• Stephanie Meier-Sydow – Team building and organizational collaboration
• Marilda Salla – Creative leadership and innovation tools

We were honored to feature artistic talents who transformed the evening into pure magic:
• Tatiana Ashakova – A stunning hat défilé celebrating elegance
• Meike Beuckmann – A breathtaking, emotion-filled ballet performance
• Alina Gaynullin – A sublime piano performance that moved every heart
A special thank you to Erwin Muntaniol, our conductor, for bringing harmony to every artistic moment and opening the event with “Unstoppable.”

The workshop included grounding exercises and bodywork to reduce stress and support nervous system regulation. Guests enjoyed a soothing facial massage from Irina Geyman.

We were honored by the support of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic and thank Ms. Aigul Tekebaeva for her warm welcome. Our appreciation also goes to H.E. Stella Mokaya O***a, Ambassador of Kenya, for her inspiring presence. We were grateful as well for the attendance of Ekaterina Galitsyna and Alena Akulich.

We were delighted to visit IHK Berlin, where Lina-Sophie Kreuziger and Maxi Hülsen shared valuable insights into the roles of IHK, AHK, and DIHK.

It was also a privilege to attend a conference on “Kazakhstan under the New Geopolitical Conditions” at the German Bundestag, invited by Deutsch-Kasachische Gesellschaft e. V.

Our visit to the Reichstag added meaningful layers of cultural and historical understanding to the program.

These three days were filled with love, encouragement, learning, storytelling, laughter, and unforgettable shared moments.

We are delighted to introduce our speaker, Sayyara Huseynova; an accomplished marketing and communications leader with over a decade of international experience in business development, strategic marketing, and digital transformation.

Sayyara is the Head of Marketing and Communications at B.EST Solutions, the Estonian–Azerbaijani company behind Azerbaijan’s national mobile digital signature – Asan Imza. Beyond her corporate role, she serves as a mentor and jury member for global programs such as UN Women, Visa, and Re:Invantage, evaluating innovation and entrepreneurship projects across the region.

As Secretary General of Femmes Digitales; Supporting Women in Tech, she leads initiatives that empower women in technology and innovation. She is also a member of STEM4ALL, a joint platform by UNDP and UNICEF promoting inclusion in science and technology.
