Two questions decide whether an AI project is worth anyone’s time.
Many workshops make the mistake of trying to answer both at once.

You map how the work happens today, redesign the workflow around what AI changes, then build something people can try.
From there, you decide whether going further makes sense.

One decides what.
The other decides how.
