As we close out May and step into a new month, here's a gentle reminder for every Administrative Professional:

We spend so much of our time caring for others—anticipating needs, solving problems, managing priorities, and keeping everything moving. But when was the last time you showed that same kindness to yourself?

Brené Brown reminds us to ask:
"What do I need to hear right now to express kindness to myself?"

Perhaps it's:
✨ May I give myself the compassion that I need.
✨ May I learn to accept myself as I am.
✨ May I be brave in the face of fear.
✨ May I be kind to myself in this moment.

As June begins, give yourself permission to pause, breathe, rest, and recharge. Self-compassion isn't selfish—it's how we show up with courage, connection, and love.

You are enough.
You are worthy.
