Mehr Wissen geht nicht und näher dran auch nicht. Umso spannender sind die Glass Trends Sessions auf der glasstec , mittendrin unsere HEGLA-Experten. 🎤

Den Auftakt macht Carsten Ulke (Hegla-Hanic GmbH am Mittwoch um 11:10 Uhr. Er spricht über KI als evolutionäre Revolution zwischen Chance, Helfer und Risiko. Ein spannendes Thema, denn KI wird immer häufiger eingesetzt. Ein guter Moment also, einen Experten zu Wort kommen zu lassen, der KI in die HEGLA-Software bringt.

Präventiv geht es weiter mit Dr. Heinrich Ostendarp. Wer glaubt, dass das Ritzen von Glas eine einfache Sache ist, sollte sich zu Dr. Ostendarp und seinem Expertenteam setzen. Im Fokus stehen Qualitätssicherung und Schneidprozessüberwachung in Echtzeit. Los geht’s ebenfalls am Mittwoch, 21. Oktober, um 14:30 Uhr.

It is nice when something big is created. 🚀
It is this HEGLA moment, when everything starts moving, interlocks and the work of all departments becomes visible. This time a whole composition makes us proud, and even this composition is on its own something very special.

Our Galactic with two bridges brings high performance to the next level. Grinding and scoring on two separate bridges: More performance is not possible, and also the reliability is at the maximum. ⚙️

Almost a reason to rename the machine into "Galactic Max". But what for? High performance cannot be increased. And so it stays with the name of our best cutting line for float glass.

And we have not yet mentioned the remnant solution, the high degree of automation and the cutting accuracy. All built in "Made in Germany" quality. 🇩🇪 But today this does not have to be. We are simply happy about the complete work.

A Visit from Turkey! 🇹🇷🤝
Our representative Cem Kara visited us at our plant in Beverungen and, together with his sales colleague Jörg Zimmermann, took the opportunity to exchange ideas about current machines and projects. Of course, a tour of our facility was also part of the visit.

The two had a close look at an Advalam and a Glactic cutting system for float glass, as well as a Boraident laser system. ⚙️

A great opportunity for personal exchange, discussing technical details and having inspiring conversations about the latest developments in machine technology. 💡🤝

Qualitativ markieren direkt auf der Schneidlinie:
Ob nachgerüstet, direkt ab Werk oder für den späteren Einbau vorgerüstet. Der ES-Guard Rapid kennzeichnet das Glas schonend und ohne Beeinflussung der Oberflächenqualität. Dazu werden im Laserdruckverfahren hauchdünn Keramikpartikel aufgedruckt, die eine wetter- und lichtfeste sowie kratzresistente Kennzeichnung erzeugen. Kommt dabei ein QR- oder Data-Matrix-Code zum Einsatz können Produktionsdaten und -Kennzahlen direkt der Scheibe zugeordnet werden, sei es zum Abruf in der Fertigung oder später auf der Baustelle, beispielsweise der Einbauposition oder eines Brandschutzzertifikats.
