A Visit from Turkey! 🇹🇷🤝
Our representative Cem Kara visited us at our plant in Beverungen and, together with his sales colleague Jörg Zimmermann, took the opportunity to exchange ideas about current machines and projects. Of course, a tour of our facility was also part of the visit.

The two had a close look at an Advalam and a Glactic cutting system for float glass, as well as a Boraident laser system. ⚙️

A great opportunity for personal exchange, discussing technical details and having inspiring conversations about the latest developments in machine technology. 💡🤝

Qualitativ markieren direkt auf der Schneidlinie:
Ob nachgerüstet, direkt ab Werk oder für den späteren Einbau vorgerüstet. Der ES-Guard Rapid kennzeichnet das Glas schonend und ohne Beeinflussung der Oberflächenqualität. Dazu werden im Laserdruckverfahren hauchdünn Keramikpartikel aufgedruckt, die eine wetter- und lichtfeste sowie kratzresistente Kennzeichnung erzeugen. Kommt dabei ein QR- oder Data-Matrix-Code zum Einsatz können Produktionsdaten und -Kennzahlen direkt der Scheibe zugeordnet werden, sei es zum Abruf in der Fertigung oder später auf der Baustelle, beispielsweise der Einbauposition oder eines Brandschutzzertifikats.

Wir freuen uns sehr, Christian Decker als neuen CEO der HEGLA-Gruppe begrüßen zu dürfen. Er übernimmt die Verantwortung von Bernhard Hötger, der Ende September in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand geht.

Unser besonderer Dank gilt Bernhard Hötger für mehr als 42 Jahre Engagement, Verantwortung und prägende Arbeit für die HEGLA. Mit großem Respekt blicken wir auf das gemeinsam Erreichte zurück – von den Anfängen als Handwerksunternehmen bis hin zum internationalen Hidden Champion. 🙏

An unserem Standort in Kretzschau sind vier neue Nachwuchskräfte in ihre Ausbildung gestartet – zum Technischen Produktdesigner, Mechatroniker, Konstruktionsmechaniker und Industriemechaniker.

Besonders in diesem Jahr: Die Ausbildung findet in unserer hauseigenen Lehrwerkstatt statt. Zusätzlich setzen wir wieder auf die bewährte Zusammenarbeit mit dem MIBRAG Ausbildungszentrum in Profen, um unseren Azubis eine bestmögliche Ausbildung und individuelle Förderung zu ermöglichen.

The upcoming glasstec is something very special for us. Almost simultaneously with the trade fair, we're celebrating our 50th company anniversary 🎉. That gives us two great reasons to come together in Düsseldorf for glasstec. True to our long-standing tradition, we'll be looking to the future 🔭 and presenting modular systems live in operation, delivering high value for our customers. On show will be our new, fully automatic, high-throughput laminated safety glass (VSG) cutting line, as well as a thin glass line ⚙️.
