𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲!
With NVIDIA GTC Berlin fully booked, Armada, Weka and Radiant had a different idea: bringing their own event to life just around the corner.

And what a setup it was!

Right next to Berlin’s Technikmuseum, we created an impressive event space featuring three 30ft Expandables, one Mobile Showroom and the Armada mobile container.

From catering and security to power supply and logistics, our team took care of every detail to bring this event to life.

A full-service production that demonstrates what happens when ambitious clients meet a team ready to make things happen.

Our project managers, tour managers, workshop team and sales colleagues all came together to make it happen. And with Armada taking center stage to share some exciting news, the evening was set to be a memorable one.

A big thank you to Armada, Weka and Radiant for the trust and collaboration. We’re proud to have helped create an event that went beyond the conference itself.

For the launch of the Steve Madden Iconic Collection, we transformed an InfoWheels Boutique into a fully branded, mobile Iconic Closet in collaboration with SO PR.

From Amsterdam and Groningen to Munich, Düsseldorf, Antwerp and Paris, the mobile closet brought the collection directly to editors, creators, media and fashion lovers across Europe.

More than a product presentation, the Iconic Closet turned every stop into a fashion experience, combining PR, creator engagement and brand activation in one mobile concept.

Because why wait for your audience to come to you when you can bring the experience straight to them?

What started with a single ID .Buzz Brand Activator has grown into a complete roadshow concept for ESN, featuring an ID .Buzz Brand Activator an Expandable, and a Mobile Showroom.

Following the ESN Expandable’s appearance at Ironman, it was time for the Mobile Showroom and ID .Buzz Brand Activatorto take center stage at the Berlin Marathon.

At the ESN Hub at Kurfürstendamm, the ESN community came together for an immersive brand experience featuring tastings, challenges, athlete meet-ups, and more bringing the brand closer to athletes, runners, and fans.

Three mobile concepts, one brand, and countless opportunities to connect with the community.

How do you bring an online community into the real world? TEVEO took its answer on the road.

To celebrate its seventh anniversary, the sportswear brand hit the road with a custom-built InfoWheels Boutique, transforming a truck into a mobile TEVEO Store where fans could shop their favorite pieces, discover exclusive drops, take on challenges and create memorable moments together.

From Metzingen to Oberhausen, Cologne, Hamburg and Munich, the TEVEO Tour brought the brand closer to its community, turning digital connections into real-life brand experiences.

More than a mobile shop, the InfoWheels Boutique became a space for interaction, discovery and community. A great example of how mobile retail can help a digital-first brand build meaningful connections beyond the screen. Proud to have crafted this custom built InfoWheels Boutique for this project and to have helped bring TEVEO’s vision to life on the road.

Since last month, WAGO IV #02 has been on the road, currently touring Greece and visiting trade fairs, events, and key WAGO customers.

Replacing WAGO’s former 16-meter promotional truck, the new 12-meter mobile showroom offers a more compact and agile solution. Easier to maneuver and more flexible logistically, it brings WAGO’s products and expertise directly to customers while creating a premium brand experience.

A great example of how the right roadshow unit can make customer engagement more accessible, efficient, and impactful.

What do you get when you put JA Solar on the road?

A whole lot of kilometres, plenty of new faces and a growing list of stops across Europe.

Since hitting the road from Utrecht, the JA Europe roadshow has travelled through Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Italy, Germany and Austria, bringing the brand directly to customers at 10+ events along the way.

From hotel venues and golf clubs to industrial locations and racetracks every stop has been different, but the goal has stayed the same: Bring JA Solar closer to the right audience.

And with more than 5,700 km already on the clock, this roadshow is only getting started.

Here’s a look at some of the places, people and moments we’ve picked up along the way.

With a roadshow unit, you can take your brand directly to the places where your audience is most engaged. And where better for Shimano than the heart of Red Bull Cerro Abajo?

For this action-packed weekend in Stuttgart, our 25ft Expandable was specially prepared for a one-off Shimano activation, creating a dedicated brand space right in the middle of the cycling action.

Inside, a bike took centre stage, connecting Shimano’s world of cycling with the riders, fans and crowds surrounding the event.

And what a setting. Stuttgart was packed as the world’s best urban downhill riders raced through the city, flying down stairs, over jumps and through tight corners at incredible speed.

That’s the power of a roadshow: taking your brand experience wherever it makes the most sense and putting it right where your audience wants to be.

𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻!
The Kikkoman InfoWheels Foodtruck made its way to Bucharest for Asia Fest, bringing live cooking, great food and plenty of interaction to the festival.

Together with Chef John Menumorut and Chef Yutaro Negishi, Kikkoman showed visitors how to prepare sushi step by step, from correctly cutting the fish to creating the perfect dish at home.

The fully equipped mobile kitchen provided the perfect setting for cooking demonstrations and bringing Kikkoman closer to visitors through food and interaction.

And this is just one stop on the journey. With the InfoWheels Foodtruck travelling across Europe, there are plenty more culinary experiences to come.

JA Solar is taking its solar and energy storage solutions across Europe, with InfoVan #29 as its mobile showroom.

The first stop in Poland brought together local customers and partners for a day of showcasing new solutions, exchanging ideas and making connections.

Behind the scenes, we’re proud to see the result of a pretty complex build: a fully equipped showroom packed into a van, with a bold JA look and a high-end interior.

Poland was just the beginning. Next stop: Slovenia, Krsko!
