Powerful Questions for Purposeful Leaders - Free Digital Workbook

At Unity Effect, we love questions. Questions can support us to access our curiosity and creativity and to think outside our usual frame of reference. Questions can empower and support us and our teams to learn, grow and discover both our blind spots and our potential. They are a central tool on our journey to grow as a leader and change agent.

This is why we have put together a free digital workbook. Over the next six weeks, we want to offer you some powerful questions to guide you in starting out the year. Each week there is a central theme, and for each day of that week there is a question related to that theme.

Are you ready to fill your leadership backpack in 2022? Applications for our next Leadership Journey are now open!

Join a diverse group of leaders on a 12 week adventure through facilitated online workshops, peer-coaching sessions and plenty of tools and resources to implement into your work. Explore topics including leading in complexity, building cultures of trust, leading with purpose and values, empowering others, setting boundaries, dealing with conflict and feedback and much more.

When we connect with the things that make us come alive it energises us - and those around us. It gives us an entry door into our purpose, which supports us to build resilience, courage and clarity about our decisions and direction.

Ready to explore what makes you come alive and how that can contribute to what the world needs?

Join a small and diverse group on a 10 week Changemaker Journey, which is all about growing inner clarity and capacities to proactively create meaningful change. We have two Journeys coming up, in German and English.

This week Emily Johnston had the great pleasure to facilitate an alumni call for participants of Sports for Development trainings, run by the Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH The intention of the alumni calls is to create a platform for alumni and a place for exchange, capacity building, sharing best practices and more. It was so nice to feel the passion and energy of the alumni and hear stories about their incredible work!
