V I N T A G E 2025✨

We’re incredibly excited to finally share the first release of our wines and cider with you.

This vintage is the result of passion, patience, and many hours dedicated to creating something we’re truly proud of. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, and we can’t wait for you to experience it.

Daisy I+III

In 2021 we started the journey with our first cider.
The apples came from a traditional orchard meadow at the foot of the Lemberg.
After pressing they were spontaneously fermented in a 300L wooden barrel and then transformed into cider through traditional bottle fermentation. Finished with zero dosage, the result is a beautifully dry cider with no residual sugar.

A pressed daisy on the label makes each bottle slightly unique, so every label looks a little different.

One part of the cider was disgorged after one year, while the other part was disgorged after three years, adding even more depth and character to the final blend.

Lichen I+III

Crafted with the same careful production as our Daisy Cider, the 2022 vintage tells its own story. The apples come not only from the foot of the Lemberg, but also from old trees in Duchroth, from Amelie’s family orchards. Spontaneously fermented in the same 300L wooden barrel and finished through traditional bottle fermentation, this cider reflects both place and patience.

Because the harvest was a little bit smaller this year, the barrel was topped up with a touch of Pinot Noir sparkling base wine, adding extra finesse and depth to the final blend.

Finished with zero dosage, it was also disgorged after one and three years, resulting in a dry cider with freshness, elegance, and character.

A dried lichen on the label gives each bottle its own unique look, making every release a little different.

Geranium I

This year tested us in ways we never expected. A severe frost destroyed the entire apple harvest along the Nahe, which meant we could not harvest any apples ourselves. At the same time, our very first wine vintage from the grapes we had carefully tended in the old vineyards was a
