Why stop at one market when your logistics are built for more?
Furniture is a category where logistics mistakes are expensive. Damaged deliveries, picking errors, losing track of stock as volumes grow — all of this hits both your margins and your marketplace reputation.
Komto Services OÜ knew this from day one. Before the business even hit its stride, they built an operational model designed to scale — not one that would struggle to keep up.
Today, the company sells across Amazon, Shopify, Kaufland, OTTO, and Allegro, manages orders from 5+ sales channels in a single system, and operates across 7 markets: Germany, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, and the UK.
“Thanks to Fulfillment-Box, we’ve been able to expand our sales geography and enter markets across Europe and the UK. The reliability of our processes means we can scale and grow without operational constraints” — Irina Sergeeva, Senior Manager at Komto Services OÜ
When logistics are done right, they stop being something you have to think about every day. And that’s exactly what creates room to grow.

Why disconnected systems slow down business in 2026

Here's a paradox most companies are living right now: customers see one seamless brand, while internally there are 10 systems that barely talk to each other.

CRM lives in one place. Warehouse in another. Marketing, support, and analytics — each in their own tools, with their own data, synced manually (if at all).

What does this actually cost you?

→ Decisions get delayed because data is scattered across systems
→ Teams spend time reconciling instead of growing
→ Customer experience suffers — even if it doesn't show from the outside

Unified commerce isn't just another software tool. It's an architectural approach that connects every customer touchpoint into a single, real-time system.

Instead of fragments, you start seeing the full customer journey. Demand, inventory, losses, behavior — all in one place, without lag.

In 2026, competitive advantage is speed: how fast you turn data into decisions.

At Fulfillment-Box, this is the challenge we work on every day — helping businesses build the operational infrastructure that gives them real visibility. Check out the carousel — we break it down step by step 👇

Voice shopping: what it actually means for your online store — no hype

At Fulfillment-Box, we keep a close eye on how customer behavior is shifting — because it directly affects how logistics works. And voice commerce is one of those things worth talking about honestly.

Already 23% of shoppers worldwide regularly use voice assistants for online orders. "Hey Google, order toothpaste" — and it's done. No screen taps, no search, no storefront. The global voice commerce market is estimated at $72.8B in 2026, with analysts forecasting growth to $164B by 2028.

Why this matters for e-commerce:

In a regular search, a customer sees dozens of options. In a voice scenario, the algorithm names one store — the one already saved as a preference, or the one the platform prioritizes. There is no second page.

If a customer had a great experience and your store made it into the assistant's "memory," the next order comes in automatically. If not — it goes to a competitor just as automatically.

One more thing we see from our side of the chain: voice orders are fast and impulsive. That means delivery speed expectations are higher too. Operational readiness matters just as much as being present in the right channels.

Voice commerce isn't dominant yet — but it's already reshaping everyday product categories. Better to think about it now than play catch-up later.

Do you use voice assistants for shopping yourself? We'd love to hear how it looks from your side 👇

By 2026, global mobile commerce is projected to hit $2.4 trillion — and grow at 9.5% annually through 2034. That's not a forecast to bookmark. That's a structural shift that's already reshaping how brands sell, ship, and retain customers.

What does this mean in practice?

The majority of purchase decisions now happen on a 6-inch screen — often while commuting, waiting in line, or lying on a couch. If your checkout flow isn't optimized for mobile, if your product pages load slowly, if your return process requires a desktop — you're losing sales you don't even know you're losing.

At Fulfillment-Box, we see this from the operations side: brands that invest in mobile-first UX also tend to have higher repeat purchase rates. Because convenience doesn't stop at the buy button — it extends to delivery speed, packaging quality, and how easy it is to return a product.

The brands winning in 2026 aren't just mobile-optimized. They're mobile-obsessed — end to end.

Is your post-purchase experience as smooth as your mobile storefront?

Social commerce is already the primary sales channel. What does that mean for logistics?
At Fulfillment-Box, we track how e-commerce evolves — because every shift in how people buy changes what fulfillment needs to deliver.
More than half of Gen Z (53%) and millennials (56%) made purchases through social media in 2025. This isn't niche behaviour — it's the new normal for the most commercially active audience.
When a purchase happens in seconds, delivery expectations rise with it. The shopper doesn't think about warehouses or logistics — they just expect the parcel tomorrow.

Our job is to make that tomorrow possible. Fulfillment-Box handles storage, packing and shipping — the part of the chain the customer never sees, but always feels.
We track the market and share how logistics requirements shift alongside the trends.

Amazon advertising is getting more expensive 📈

According to forecasts, spending on Amazon Ads could increase by around 15–20% in 2026. For sellers who rely heavily on organic traffic, this is an important signal: the rules of the game are changing.

Why is this happening?

Amazon works like an auction. The more sellers compete for the same keywords, the higher the cost per click. At the same time, the number of ad placements in search results continues to grow, while organic positions decrease. In some niches, up to 70% of the first page is already occupied by paid placements.

What does this mean for businesses?

• customer acquisition costs are rising
• launching new products without advertising is becoming increasingly difficult
• the advantage goes not to those with the biggest budget, but to those who spend more efficiently

This makes campaign structure, accurate keyword targeting, negative keyword management, and listing conversion more important than ever.

At Fulfillment-Box, we work with Amazon sellers every day and see how the market is evolving — which is why advertising efficiency is becoming increasingly critical for growth.

Rising advertising costs are not a crisis. They are simply the new rules of Amazon.

How are you planning your advertising budget for next year?

From Searching Links to Finding Solutions: How Brands Can Survive the Era of AI Agents

We are on the verge of the greatest shift in e-commerce history. The consumer habit of "Googling and comparing" is becoming a thing of the past. It is being replaced by delegating the choice to Artificial Intelligence.

Why is this critical for your business right now?
Tools like ChatGPT and Gemini are becoming personal shopping assistants. When a user gives a task to an AI, the model analyzes vast amounts of product data in seconds to find the perfect match.

How your strategy must change:

Optimization for LLMs (Language Models): You now need to ensure your product information is clearly structured and easily accessible for neural networks to parse.

Logistics as a Ranking Factor: If your product is physically unavailable at a nearby warehouse or the delivery time exceeds the "agent's" expectations, you simply won't make it into the final recommendation.

The Battle of Parameters, Not Creativity: For an AI agent, "beautiful website design" doesn't exist. What matters is price, availability, technical specifications, and social proof (reviews).

Your Action Plan: Stop investing solely in visual noise. Start investing in data accuracy and the speed of your operational processes.

In an era where decisions are made by algorithms, the winner is the one whose supply chain runs like clockwork.

🚀 Fulfillment-Box — your high-tech partner in the world of modern commerce.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR ALL US AMAZON SELLERS: New fees are already in effect
As of January 15, 2026, new Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fees have gone into effect for the US market — marking the first increase since the 2025 fee freeze.
📈 WHAT HAS CHANGED:
Base FBA fees:
An average increase of $0.08 per unit.
Additional changes include:
Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF): +$0.30 per unit on average
Buy with Prime: +$0.24 per unit
Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD): up to +22% on transportation services
Storage fees in the Western region: +19% ($0.57 per cubic foot)
Prep services discontinued:
Starting January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer provides free prep and labeling services in the US. All products must now be fully prepared and labeled before being sent to FBA warehouses.
💰 REAL IMPACT ON YOUR BUSINESS:
At first glance, these changes may seem minor — but at scale, the numbers add up quickly:
5,000 units/month = +$480 per year in base FBA fees alone
20,000 units/month = +$1,920 per year
100,000 units/month = +$9,600 per year

Once MCF fees, new prep requirements, and higher storage costs are factored in, the total impact can easily be 2–3× higher.
🎯 WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW:
Recalculate profitability: Review margins for every SKU with the new fees in mind
Optimize inventory: Avoid long-term storage, as fees increase with inventory age
Explore alternatives: Merchant Fulfilled, 3PL providers, or hybrid fulfillment models
Set up a prep process: Work with prep partners or build an in-house system
Review pricing: Adjust prices if needed to protect margins

⏰ The changes are already in effect — now is the time to adapt.
In response, many sellers are turning to fulfillment partners that handle storage, preparation, and shipping. Fulfillment-Box helps sellers maintain cost control and adapt flexibly to Amazon’s evolving requirements.
