Rainer Michaeli, Director of the Institute for Competitive Intelligence (Frankfurt, Germany), and Dmytro Zolotukhin, Lecturer at the National University of Kyiv, Ukraine and Director at the Institute for Postinformation Society, Ukraine, discussed the notion of Information Warfare: Misinformation, disinformation, and whatnot are used to influence people in a specific way.
