Most people don’t even realize that Thailand grows specialty coffee. In the world of specialty coffee.

This is the moment when the world begins discovering new coffee origins.

What makes Thai coffee actually good and different?

⛰️Doi Tung, Chiang Rai , Thailand.
Our coffee is grown in the northern mountains of Chiang Rai, in the area of Doi Tung , deep in the forest. We grow our coffee under shade trees, in a natural and forest-friendly environment. This method protects the ecosystem while allowing the coffee to develop slowly and naturally.
⛰️Altitude: 1,150 – 1,200 meters above sea level At this elevation, the cooler climate supports better structure, sweetness, and complexity in the cup.

Fruity and well-balanced
Notes of sweet orange, lychee and peach finishes , chocolate, nuts and clean finish
It is different enough to be interesting, yet familiar enough to be approachable.
