Last weekend MOSAIC along with the Western Balkans Alumni Association board conducted a Board Meeting in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where roles and plans for the upcoming year were discussed, and new board members got to know the experienced board members. 🤝

You could call it a weekend of productive discussions, drafting upcoming plans, traditional Bosnian food and a treasure hunt in the old, charming city of Sarajevo! 🌄

Two weeks ago, MOSAIC together with partners have successfully conducted a Board Meeting for Oceans Network in the heart of Poland!

The meeting was full of work, heated up discussions and important decisions, mixed with our favorite part: cultural exchanges and networking!

The MOSAIC Team is in Sarajevo this weekend for a Board Meeting & Teams Building Activity of the Western Balkans Alumni Association!

We've had a lovely dinner and now look forward to lots of productive discussions and deliberations tomorrow after a good night's sleep.

Tempus fugit!
Auf dem Weg nach Brüssel zum voraussichtlich letzten Quaterly Meeting für diesen Erasmus+ Alumni-Vertrag in der Konstellation dieses Konsortiums.
Es fühlt sich wie gestern an, dass wir begonnen haben. Auf der anderen Seite ist viel passiert.
Corona hat die Durchführung "begleitet" bzw. erschwert, auf Auftraggeberseite gab es einen Wechsel, neue Kollegen sind hinzugekommen, andere gegangen, zahlreiche Kinder wurden geboren und natürlich haben uns die Alumni auf Trapp gehalten.
Ein irrer Ritt.
Wir sind gespannt auf die verbleibenden drei Monate und darauf wie und mit welcher Unterstützung die Alumni-Netzwerke weiter entwickelt werden werden.

The ESAAeu Capacity Building Seminar on Digital Communication is well underway, with theoretical information, brainstorming, practical exercises and lots more in between. The MOSAIC team is learning a lot too. What a fun seminar!

What's next in a few hours? A delicious cultural dinner. 😋

The MOSAIC team is in beautiful Tallinn this weekend for the ESAAeu Capacity Building Seminar on "Digital Communication: Social Media, Video Making and Digital Marketing".

We strolled the streets of Tallinn a little. But now we are excited to dive deep into the seminar with our participants and become digital gurus. 😎 Looking forward to a very interesting seminar tomorrow!

Angekündigt für Februar, veröffentlicht im Juli, mehrfach verlängert und jetzt gerade endlich abgegeben.
Das Angebot für die nächsten vier Jahre EU Alumni Management. Drückt uns die Daumen!
Wir hoffen, dass wir die EACEA mit angepasstem Konzept und schlagfertigerem Konsortium überzeugen können um bis Ende 2027 weiter unterstützen zu können.
