Beyond the journey map: how do you make it work inside a real organisation? 🗺️

Join us on October 28th in Frankfurt for hands-on workshops at the Nextview Frankfurt Design Thinking Center:

1. Smaply 1: From Maps to Management: Getting Started with Journey Management with Dr. Marc Stickdorn (morning, 9:00 to 12:00)
2. Smaply 2: Journey Management at Scale: Governance, Use Cases, and Growing the Practice with Dr. Marc Stickdorn (afternoon, 13:00 to 16:00)
3. Pardon our mess: Maintaining Alignment When Operations Can't Stop with Parc Masterson, Becky Scheel and Doris Rösner of Harmonic Design and Fraport (afternoon, 13:00 to 16:00)

Take both Smaply sessions as a full day, or pair the morning with our afternoon session on alignment during transformation.

Workshops are booked separately, and you do not need a conference ticket to attend. With 12 workshops across morning and afternoon slots, the parallel sessions will fill up.
