From November 25th to November 26th a Job Fair took place in Bakau in The Gambia’s capital district, Greater Banjul Area. The event that was held on the premises of the Friendship Hostel/Independence Stadium, aimed at providing opportunities to facilitate information sharing and exchange between job seekers and potential employers.

The Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) on 14 September 2022 awarded the new building for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for ‘Green’ TVET at the campus of the Vocational College of Machinery and Irrigation (VCMI) in D**g Nai province a LOTUS Gold certification, the second highest level in the market-based green building rating system.

The project "On-the-job training for tourism and agriculture sectors”, carried out by PEM CONSULT and Centre of Competitive Skills (CCS - Albania) as part of the Sustainable Rural Development Programme implemented by GIZ, successfully conducted training to 30 hotels and 20 agroindustry companies (in 4 value chains: fruits & vegetables, meat production, dairy, and medical and aromatic plants). The selected enterprises have the capacity to develop these trainings as model for the sectors and will contribute to the setting of standards.
