absolute monday-production on that gibson es 137. the strings wasn't aligned to the neck and to the pickups and the riders on the bridge were carved bad and wrong.
adjusted the pickups by milling the cavities and moved them with a new printed pickup-frames to the upper side. new bridge (ATM nashville style with brass riders).

sometimes unexpected things going to happen. in this case a pliers point was broken off when i was trying to put a spring on. luckily it's just matte black and no big deal.
when i was done i discovered the scratched backplates; i didn't liked that on the picture for the client at all so i painted them too. for free of course.

polishing like hell. shielding and installing the hardware. it's all schaller, pickups are seymour duncans (jb, 59er and 59b). just volume installed for every pickup.

shaping the headstock and the neck-heel, installing brass frets and mop fretmarker

starting to paint, intermediate sanding. it will be white glossy.

shaping the contour for the binding. roughly 70% by hand because my nice little dremel tool just works on 90 degrees surface.
