From our home base in Fellbach, it’s only a short trip to one of the most important exhibitions for metalworking and manufacturing technology.

Members of the THUMM team will be visiting AMB 2026 to meet suppliers and partners, exchange ideas and take a closer look at the latest developments in machining, automation and production technology.

For us, continuously improving our own production is an important part of staying competitive and delivering reliable hydraulic rotators made in Germany.

Monday being Monday… ⚡😅

After a power outage on Sunday, the first task this morning was getting all our systems back online.

Just when everything was running smoothly again, the power went out once more this afternoon.

Machines restarted, systems checked, and everything back on track.

Some Mondays really do live up to their reputation. 😉

⚙️ Over 20 years of automated manufacturing at THUMM

Automation is not a new topic for THUMM. For more than 20 years, we have relied on an automated manufacturing system that supplies our machining centers with pallets and workpieces.

This allows production to keep running even after the day shift is over. During a normal production week, we can manufacture almost around the clock from Monday to Friday, far beyond what would be possible with a traditional single-shift operation.

For our customers, this means better machine utilization, more reliable planning, increased manufacturing capacity and consistent quality.

Whether hydraulic rotators or spare parts, our goal remains the same, precise manufacturing, robust products and long-term reliability.
