At Miebach, we believe that creating impact goes beyond our day to day business. It is also about supporting the communities around us and contributing where help is needed most.

Together, our team in Frankfurt collected donations for a local women's shelter and a homeless support organization. A small initiative, made meaningful through the commitment and generosity of many.

A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed and helped turn good intentions into action.

From blueprint to build: our latest “Brownfield project” at the Miebach Frankfurt office has officially been completed: one brick at a time. 🧱🚀

What started as a fun idea quickly turned into a true team effort across our Frankfurt office. As part of our project work with The Quality Group, we received an AutoStore building block set, and after several hours of planning, building, discussing, rebuilding and a lot of shared laughter, the project has now successfully gone live.

A special highlight: while AutoStore created the original concept, this time the Miebach team had the chance to take over the implementation ourselves and experience the realization process quite literally brick by brick.
And it was not only the experienced project teams who got involved. Even the next generation enthusiastically tested their building skills and became part of the project. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

Beyond the fun, it was a great reminder of what makes projects successful: collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail and enjoying the process together.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our small but highly engaging “construction site” in the Brownfield area. The build may be finished, but the team spirit behind it definitely continues.

No gym bag? No excuse.
We’re currently taking part in the machtfit Challenge “Every Step Counts”. Over 28 days, teams compete to collect as many steps and activities as possible. And we’re already well underway.

What makes it interesting: it’s not just about fitness.
For every 10,000 steps, 1 € is donated. 🏃‍➡️ 💰

So choosing the stairs over the elevator suddenly does more than just get your heart rate up. Same goes for a walk between meetings, a quick bike ride, or any kind of movement during the day. It all counts.

No pressure, no performance targets. Just a simple idea: move more, as a team, and do some good along the way.

And yes, it turns out small decisions add up pretty quickly. 😉
