Christine has done her training real estate and worked in the real estate and facility management industry, where she was regional manager, responsible for customer support supervising 160 service-technicians.
In 2018 Christine has been the President of Augsburg / at the chamber of commerce.
After several weeks of training: we could see her competence and passion for helping people and companies grow! With 160 people under her , she developed competence development frameworks and knows the power of building people. As we are more than enthusiastic to have her competence, experience and passion as partner and friend.

Wahre Geschichte: "Ich schiebe die Treffen mit meinem jetzt auf die Zeit, wenn wir uns wieder treffen können. per Teams und Video ist ja nichts!"
"Sind Sie sich ganz sicher, dass Sie Ihren Mentee mitten in einer globalen Pandemie alleine lassen?" fragte ich. "Gerade jetzt? Wollen Sie wirklich, dass Ihr Mentee eine der größten Herausforderungen seines Lebens erlebt, und der erste, der sich verkrümelt, ist sein ?"
Mit großen Augen sah mich der Mentor, eine in einem Unternehmen an, schwieg kurz und sagt: "Wow, so habe ich es noch nie gesehen, direkt am Montag rufe ich meinen Mentee wieder an!"
Lasst Eure Leute nicht . Gerade jetzt.

The Goldene Juniorennadel 🏆 is the highest honor on national level with the Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland, association for entrepreneurs under 40 at DIHK. Wall, our founder and CEO of recieved this honor on Saturday during the virtual Christmas celebration.

The president, Frederik Bevendorf, the laudator Ruth Gabler-Schachermayr and personal guests, Shau Chung Shin, Jenny and Maria succeeded in catching Eleonore by surprise - this although she was responsible for these honors on the national bord & knows the process well. The surprise was BIG!

Wieder ein hoch-inspirierender Abschluss eines Jägermeister -Programms. Seit Jahren heben sich die und von durch eine Sache sehr positiv hervor: sie setzen die Tipps aus dem Kick-off so diszipliniert und konsequent um, wie sonst kaum jemand. UND: sie erzielen damit genau die Ergebnisse, die wir uns alle wünschen. Die Mentees investieren Konsequenz bei der Vorbereitung, dem Fokus auf die wichtigsten Fragen. Die Mentoren investieren mit einer hohen Qualität von Fragen, mit sehr persönlichem Engagement und Herzblut. Wie jedes Mal bin ich bei Abschluss des Mentorings bei Jägermeister wieder so berührt, wenn die Tandems Geschichten erzählen, was sie gemeinsam und durch die Zusammenarbeit erreicht haben:
· , die für Mast - Jägermeister SE entstehen
· und Zusammenarbeit über fachliche "Silos".
· für die andere -Ebene.
· Für die Mentees ein Wissen: mein Unternehmen interessiert sich für mich, mein Beitrag wird und bestärkt
· Für die Mentoren: in den Arbeitsalltag der heute Jüngeren
