How do you create and host vivid online meetings?

One game-changer is a shift of awareness: On-site in the room people can move and be flexible. They have 360° of possible views and can be in motion themselves. In the online space in front of the screen this changes a lot. The radius of views is getting much smaller. Sometimes we even cannot see each other. Virtual flipcharts through digital technologies like PowerPoint or Mural can help to focus all participants on the conversation to co-create together outcomes. It’s like preparing and creating a common surface instead of a pinboard / flipchart to interact together beyond the screen.

And a next exciting step with new ways of working: This week we are for the first time after 3 Months locally back at the client’s place!
Co-hosting a global conference in a new way - with a local hosting and production team and 150 participants all over the world in 18 time zones. In the room applying the local COVID 19 rules with physical distancing, no hand-shakes, masks.
Co-created a vivid flow through 3 days with common time (for some very early in the morning and for some participants late in the evening and regional times with interactive workshops and Solo-times.
Ongoing innovation time bringing together all the experiences of the last decade into new forms of working.

In these very special times we need to live and collaborate mostly online. We meet virtually. New-Work principles have to be implemented directly. The good news: Remote collaboration is possible! We in our Living System bring a lot of experience in this field together with Wiebke Herding , Kruse , Karen Schmidt , Andrea Maurer-Schlangen, Edith Steiner-Janesch Brightpicture, Sandra Dirks and Sabine Soeder

There are different aspects to think about. One is how to have online good and interactive meetings. Creating bigger pictures to understand what is needed to do now brings a lot more different aspects into the game. How to lead and navigate through this VUCA world?
