There is definitely a sharp increase in the scheduled meetings in our calendar these days. With the WFH set up, there is no option to catch up on things during the short coffee breaks, going to your colleague’s desk to clarify small things and sit in meeting rooms together to discuss things more efficiently. So, we feel more comfortable and on top of our things by having these frequent virtual meetings in place. I must admit that being a Project manager, I have scheduled half of these meetings 🙂 But, even if my usual week look like this, I make sure to be alert and “present” in all the meetings and one of the best way to do it is by switching your camera on. 😊Give me a ❤️ if you agree! 🤓

Sunday is a great day to refuel your soul and reboot your mind. And, what else can be the best way to do it than reading a book, especially on the topic you are passionate about 🙂 I am reading ‘The fast forward MBA in project management.’ The best thing about this book is you don’t have to read from start to end in a sequence. You can choose a topic you want to learn and read it. My topic of the day is - stakeholders management 😊
