What we call the post-corona has just started.
With an unexpected boost due to the Covid-19 , we are currently going through the probably biggest of our modern society’s work-life identity.
Spending the past months in our has not only pushed our routines, it might have challenged our underlying assumptions of how we best collaborate as a , even how we “function” as a human being - and it has invited many of us to reflect a little bit more on what we want and what we actually really need to get the best out of ourselves and others!
I had the pleasure to work with the talented investment writer James Eagle to on his experiences working from home over the past months and discuss about general observations we can currently make in our work setup … new routines had to be created, in some cases the most unusual elements to be included in the turned out to be massive performance-supporters and creative-enablers.
During our session, we gained most valuable about the underlying driving forces and primary emotional root causes of why things happen as they tend to happen in our modern society and were to look and begin with to your true – as last but not least about the role of real – into yourself and into your team – as well as its magnitude in power and impact for joint for yourself, your team, your company.
After an hour of and full of and at the same time, ready it was, a by his own hands, James very own , re-connecting him to his basic needs as well as highly individual personal desires.
Thank you James!
Have a look at what he captured with his camera during our session and !
