Job Summary:
We are hiring a Cook (Class I) to join our dynamic food service team in a high-volume kitchen environment in Bavaria, Germany. The role involves preparing and cooking meals based on predefined menus and production schedules while ensuring full compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
🍽 Meal Preparation

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.

Wash, chop, and portion ingredients as needed.

Support off-site meal prep and packaging when necessary.

🧼 Food Safety and Sanitation

Comply with all food safety regulations (e.g., TB MED 530, Tri-Service Food Code).

Properly handle and store food to preserve freshness and prevent contamination.

Monitor and maintain correct temperatures throughout food preparation.

Sanitize workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas regularly.

Dispose of food waste according to health regulations.

🔧 Kitchen Operations

Operate and maintain kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.

Set up and take down meal service lines.

Report any equipment issues or food safety hazards.

Your Profile:
✅ Experience:

Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in large-scale or institutional kitchens.

✅ Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to follow recipes and adhere to production schedules.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Valid Food Handler Certification.

Must pass medical screening per TB MED 530 requirements.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Custodian Supervisor to lead and coordinate our custodial team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities and experience in custodial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
🧹 Supervision & Coordination

Lead the daily operations of custodial staff

Develop and monitor cleaning schedules and task distribution

Train staff on proper cleaning and safety standards

Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance

Provide performance feedback to team members

📦 Inventory Management

Track and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
Custodian Supervisor
Place supply orders and ensure organized storage

Your Profile:
✅ Experience

Prior custodial experience required

Familiarity with cleaning products, safety protocols, and procedures

Basic computer literacy (scheduling & reporting)

Proficient in English (spoken & written)
