11 years of SOULWORX. And still becoming
I was only going to update the website.
A few new texts. New images. A redesign. A little less 2022. 😉
And somewhere along the way I realised:
I wasn't redesigning a website.
I was editing a company.
SOULWORX turns 11 this week.
And perhaps that is what eleven years have taught me more than anything:
We are never really finished.
There are chapters that fit us for a long time.
Roles, ideas, ways of working, versions of ourselves that carry us beautifully.
Until something begins to shift.
Midlife has taught me so much about these moments. But the more I work with people, leaders and organisations, the clearer it becomes:
This isn't only a midlife story.
It's a human one.
We are all moving through transitions.
And transition doesn't always ask us to reinvent everything.
Sometimes it asks us to become quiet enough to notice:
What still belongs?
What has become too small?
What wants more room?
And what is ready to emerge?
That is the territory SOULWORX is stepping into now:
Transitions.
In life. In leadership. At work. In organisations.
So today, a new SOULWORX goes live.
Not a completely new company.
A more truthful expression of what has been emerging all along.
And because birthdays deserve presents, I've created THE EDIT — a small guided journey for anyone who senses that something in their own life might be ready for an edit too.
For now in German. English will follow.

11 years. Still becoming.
And very much alive. ❤️
