We are proud to celebrate an exceptional group of professionals who successfully completed our 6‑month High Specialty Certification in Culture Transformation for Organizations and Institutions.
A total of 22 participants from 7 countries—Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Germany—came together for the final five‑day residential phase in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico (February 8–13).
This final immersion brought together highly qualified participants across generations—from their 20s to their 70s—and from diverse organizational contexts. The result was a rare and powerful learning environment, enabling deep exploration of:
• Dr. Geert Hofstede’s seminal research on culture,
• Humanism, and
• Analogical Hermeneutics, as developed by Dr. Mauricio Beuchot Puente.
With more than six months of intensive learning—combining self‑study, virtual sessions, and this residential experience—we are proud to have delivered a truly unique blended learning program.
The certification strengthens intercultural capabilities, cultivates deep humanism, and develops the ability to read complex contexts strategically through analogical hermeneutics.
