Liebe Freundinnen und Freunde, Kolleginnen und Kollegen, NetzwerkpartnerInnen,

viele Unternehmen und ihre Mitarbeitenden unterschiedlicher Ebenen befinden sich derzeit in Umbruchphasen:

Restrukturierungen und Jobveränderungen bis hin zu kompletten Berufswechseln sind an der Tagesordnung. Wie können diese individuellen und organisatorischen Prozesse positiv unterstützt werden? Wo gibt es neue Zusammenhänge und Lösungen? Die klassische Beratungsarbeit ist hilfreich, greift aber manchmal zu kurz. Meiner Erfahrung nach können Systemaufstellungen unseren Blick weiten und sehr nachhaltige Lösungen bieten.

Ich arbeite seit mehr als 10 Jahren mit Systemaufstellungen und habe vor 6 Jahren meine Ausbildung dazu abgeschlossen. Zumeist nutze ich Aufstellungsarbeit in Einzelcoachings, aber auch mit gezielten Interventionen im Gruppensetting in Managementteams. Nun soll es auch wieder Aufstellungen mit Anliegen und RepräsentantInnen als offenes Angebot geben. Daher lade ich Dich herzlich zum nächsten Aufstellungsabend zum Thema „Beruf & Organisation“ ein am
