Dont forget to move .... the internet has a lot of exercise videos and even if you cant find any everybody knows squats, push ups and jumping jacks. Movement makes you happy! Also spring cleaning adds to your movement ...

In a seminar i learned only touch a every paper two times ... means open your mail file it on the date you want to answer it. Then answer it and file it right away. It will save you so much time if you don't have stack of paperwork. Put it in a re-submission file ... they make special folders with a tab a day or alternative make a folder with your own dates. Then put it away and answer it when you need to.
