In a world where efficiency and productivity are decisive competitive factors, well-trained personnel are invaluable. No matter how modern and powerful machines may be, without the necessary knowledge to operate and maintain them optimally, their potential remains untapped. This is precisely where Baumer hhs comes in, offering comprehensive training programs.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁?
Well-trained operators are the key to smooth and efficient production processes. Only those who understand the technology can fully exploit its possibilities and at the same time master the challenges of everyday life with confidence. In addition to making better use of the machines and systems, training has a direct impact on various aspects of production:

· 𝙍𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚:
The better trained the operators are, the more precisely they can work. The result: fewer rejects and less material wastage.
· 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙚𝙙:
Safe handling of the systems makes it possible to increase production speed without compromising on quality.
· 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮:
Less waste and higher production speeds automatically mean improved profitability.

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿-𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲

The 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 took place for the 13th time as part of PACK EXPO International.
Engineering students are encouraged to take part at the show, offering them a hands-on opportunity to explore the intellectual and creative challenges of a dynamic and fulfilling career in packaging.
During the 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲, university teams from across the U.S. navigate the show floor, completing tasks and tackling problem-solving challenges at the booths of participating exhibitors.
One of the challenges seemed to be to get Rick Pallante in a photo. Baumer hhs is proud to be a sponsor of the 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 and to support the next generation of the packaging industry.

Why do you continue to use stretch foil in palletizing, even though the market is increasingly moving towards environmentally friendly solutions? With the 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗵𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 you can reduce the use of foil by up to 100% and at the same time significantly improve your sustainability balance. Packaging that has been sprayed with anti-slip adhesive can easily be sent for paper recycling.

In addition, the elimination of plastic foils makes conventional logistical processes much easier: depalletising is faster and barcodes are no longer obscured. Our intelligent solution not only optimises your work processes and your ecological footprint, but also actively contributes to maximising profits.
