RITMOS CIRCADIANOS

sí, has leído bien "ritmos" circadianos, hay más de uno y todos tienen que ver con los ciclos cotidianos de nuestro entorno natural. Estos ciclos suelen estar enmarcados en 24 horas. Sin embargo, es importante observar que esos ciclos se producen en relación con los movimientos de la tierra y, por tanto, con la luz y la oscuridad.

Los ritmos circadianos afectan a los procesos físicos, mentales y de comportamiento de la mayoría de los seres vivos. Los efectos observables más comunes sobre en la salud-enfermedad son la producción/liberación de hormonas, los hábitos alimenticios y la temperatura corporal. Al entender que un equilibrio dinámico es necesario para experimentar condiciones favorables para la salud, la creación de ambientes interiores que apoyen nuestros ritmos circadianos puede traer muchos beneficios para ti, tu comunidad y el entorno natural.

Por estos motivos, ofrezco talleres a todo aquel que quiera aprender a crear estos espacios en su vida cotidiana. Porque el diseño saludable debe estar al sevicio de todos.

Trabajamos desde el 2019 juntos y nuestra relación se fortalece con el tiempo. Yo me enfoco en el diseño y sus posibles impactos en nuestra sociedad y medio ambiente. El diseño de iluminación es una de mis pasiones, por eso mi proyecto de doctorado en transición hacia la sostenibilidad en la industria de la iluminación, es una de las cosas más importantes en mi vida.

Michael Braungart, uno de los creadores del concepto de diseño cradle to cradle y un excelente diseñador de materiales, me ha dado la perspectiva del diseño de materiales saludables y el impacto positivo que los seres humanos podemos crear.

Hacemos un gran equipo porque nos complementamos en nuestras visiones de la vida y el diseño.

Y ahora que empezaré un proyecto en Colombia que beneficiará a muchas personas, él se hace presente apoyándome en una nueva manera de hacer las cosas.

We have been working together since 2019 and our relationship gets better with the time. I take care about design and all its possible impacts in our society and our environment, lighting design is one of my passions. Therefore my Ph.D. Project on sustainability transition in the lighting industry plays a big role in my life.

Michael Braungart one of the creators of the design concept and an outstanding material designer, has given me the perspective of healthy materials and truly positive impact.

We both make a wonderful team by complementing each others visions.

Now I'm starting a project in Colombia where several people would be benefited and again he is there, supporting a new way of making things.
