Somedays I wake up and think, how the heck did I get here?

Somedays it’s hard to focus on the right things.

Somedays the world just feels too heavy.

But, And -

Every new day gives me an opportunity to start again.

Everyday I can choose to give myself what I need that day.

And every day I can make the choice to take a step towards a stronger, better me.

No matter how long the road, no matter how big the steps, no matter how many pauses along the way.

Everyday a part of me grows and is step towards becoming the best version of myself 🥰
