Dear all,
after coming down now for a while, it is a need for me to give a short review again (also for those, who could not attend):
Last two days exceed all my expectations I had to our first Clsuter Workshop wit all you guys from Konica Minolta Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Even if we had a plan and some expectations in preparation, it all depends on your collaboration and especially day two has been very very agile. We decided to get rid of the static agenda and try to rely to your crative input based on your experiences in your daily business. This was a great idea. As you have seen, we did not only find some very good ideas to possible new verticals, we also get them realized within a very short time.
This was something, I´ve never seen before and I didn´t expected that before.
Especially when I had the chance to follow your discussion in the breakout session, I was very impressed. You were so dedicated. It was confirmed, that it was a good idea to bring all these crative guys together at one place and we would have new solutions and possible actions in a very short time.
Special thanks again of course to the team of NSi. As I already said a few times, it would not be possible to succeed the way we did without your great support, preperation and dedication during the last to days and the days before.
It was a pleasure and a honor for us to have Mr. Tehranchi attending us all the time and
get so much input and activities from him. Many thanks again Mr. Tehranchi!
Additional and this is also a need for me, I have to say thank you for all the colleagues, who helped and supported me before, during and after the workshop. I would never manage it
without you!
It is very good to know, to have you behind me and supporting me additional and next to your daily business. This is normally not the matter of course but I think this is what makes Konica Minolta.
I really hope we will get the chance to have an event like that again in the future.
Thank you very much again.
Hope, you all arrived back home safely.
See you ...
Regards
Karsten
