A new chapter for MHP.

Today, Consultancy Services () and AG announced the signing of an agreement under which TCS intends to acquire 100% of MHP, subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals.

For us, this is a strong strategic fit: Our deep automotive and industrial expertise meets TCS’ global scale, AI, engineering and technology capabilities.

Most importantly: MHP will remain MHP – as an established brand and independent consulting company, with our identity, expertise and client focus at the core. At the same time, we gain access to broader capabilities, international markets and a global technology ecosystem.

As part of this year’s ranking, our colleague Florian Langer, Partner Digital Advisory and Customer Experience at MHP, spoke with Handelsblatt about the transformation of the consulting industry and the growing pressure on its established business model.

The traditional consulting model is losing viability when AI can complete in minutes tasks that previously required entire project teams and several weeks.

This week, our once again demonstrated endurance, team spirit, and plenty of positive energy at Stuttgart. Together with more than 5,000 runners from over 300 companies across the region, they took on the course and celebrated an unforgettable finish inside the MHP Arena Stuttgart. 🏟️

From determined strides to relaxed post-run moments, the event was packed with motivation, great conversations, and an incredible atmosphere. It’s another reminder that a strong team doesn’t just work together – it achieves goals together.

👏 A big congratulations to all B2Run finishers. You can be proud of yourselves!

Erfolgreich gelebte Partnerschaft als

Der VfB Stuttgart 1893 weckte viele Emotionen, qualifizierte sich für die Champions League und stand auch wieder im DFB-Pokalfinale.
Die Frauen l sind mit dem dritten Aufstieg in Folge als Meisterinnen in die 1. Fußball-Bundesliga aufgestiegen und auch die Frauen ll sind aufgestiegen.
Des Weiteren wurden die U17/ U19 Junioren Deutscher Meister bzw. DFB-Pokalsieger und unsere U17 Juniorinnen Deutsche-Meisterinnen sowie DFB-/ wfv-Pokalsiegerinnen.
Extrem erfolgreich waren auch die VfB Leichtathlet:innen, die mit 6 WM-Goldmedaillen sowie einer Vielzahl von DM-Medaillen auch im Nachwuchsbereich begeisterten.

Die außergewöhnliche Erfolgsgeschichte unseres FC Heidenheim wurde leider trotz des großen Kampfgeistes unseres Teams mit dem Abstieg aus der 1. Bundesliga unterbrochen.
Drei Jahre Bundesliga waren für einen der kleinsten Bundesligastandorte, den es jemals gab, eine absolute Sensation.

Unsere MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg spielten eine gute Basketball-Bundesligasaison, qualifizierten sich für die BBL Play-ins und landeten am Ende auf einem Mittelfeldplatz.
Unser Nachwuchsbereich der Porsche BBA spielte u.a. mit dem Erreichen der BL-Playoffs und Youth Champions League wieder eine erfolgreiche Saison.

Bei unseren Stuttgarter Kickers fehlte dem Herrenteam diese Saison die Konstanz.
Das bedeutet eine weitere Saison Regionalliga und leider auch am Ende ein verlorenes wfv-Pokalfinale.
Erfolgreicher war das Frauenteam in Kooperation mit dem FSV Waldebene Stuttgart-Ost, die als Meisterinnen aufgestiegen sind und gemeinsam mit dem weiblichen Nachwuchs in der nächsten Saison für die Stuttgarter Kickers spielen werden.

Eine besondere Erfolgsgeschichte sind unsere Partnerschaften mit der MHP Arena Ludwigsburg und der MHPArena Stuttgart
Die Heimspiele unserer Teams in der Saison 2025/ 2026 haben wieder mehr als 1,5 Mio. Menschen und Fans sowie viele unserer MHP Mitarbeiter*innen miterleben dürfen.

Jetzt wünschen wir der Deutschen Fußballnationalmannschaft sowie allen Fans eine erfolgreiche WM und freuen uns auf eine tolle Saison 2026/ 2027 unserer MHPTeamsportfamilie.

What a season finale for German football - for Stuttgart and for MHP. ⚽🏆

Today, two of our partner clubs are playing in cup finals on the same day.

At 15:30, face in the DB Regio Cup Final at the Gazi Stadium in Stuttgart.

At 20:00, reigning cup winners take on in the Cup Final at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium.

It hardly gets any better than this, and it also shows how successful our commitment as is.

As partner of both teams, we are excited to be on site - together with colleagues who won tickets through our internal MHP_com employee campaign and will be cheering from the stands. 🙌

We are already proud of both teams and wish all fans in Stuttgart, the region and across Germany two exciting finals with fair, passionate and fascinating football! ✨

What a story! ⚽🏆 The team has made German football history: three consecutive promotions - from the Oberliga all the way to the 1. Frauen-Bundesliga.

With a strong 4:1 home win against .Wolfsburg.Frauen II, the team not only secured promotion to the Bundesliga, but also claimed the 2. Frauen-Bundesliga championship. 👏

And the success continues across the club: the U17 girls have just reached the Cup final - another strong sign of the talent, teamwork and ambition within the VfB girls’ and women’s teams.

We are proud to stand alongside this team and support a partnership that continues to grow in such an impressive way.

Congratulations to the entire VfB Stuttgart women’s and girls’ department - players, coaches, staff and everyone behind the scenes. What a season!🙌
