EXECUTIVE SUPPORT / ASSISTANCE
Support current domestic and international product rollouts, updates, communications, concepts work in tandem with other Marketing/Project Managers to schedule product rollouts & communications support of sales and field development teams in rollouts

Reviewing current markets / needs served
Consider markets, distribution, product and concept to ensure a fit
Needs analysis, buyer behavior
Execute primary research to understand target market customers
Identification of emerging markets; defining suitable locations to establish e.g. subsidiaries
Identification and realization of legal requirements; dealing with authorities;
Requesting legal advice
Search of suitable real estate
Developing project plans for key initiatives
MARKETING & PR
Guide development of materials/promotions from idea to conclusion
Align concepts with product rollout marketing materials/campaigns
Develop promotional plan for products and concepts in each relevant market
Participate on team to evolve web presence and tool efficiency
Gathering and development of marketing and promotional opportunities for each developing market
Initiate exciting and innovative PR and buzz marketing efforts to help promote the brand that is closely integrated with overall marketing efforts and can help step-change acquisition efforts
Customer marketing
Develop renewal and new acquisition marketing campaigns
EVENTS
Entire conference service including preparation and processing of budgets, logistics and scheduling
Site inspections, hotel contract negotiations, review
Organization of accompanying programs (e.g. spouse’s program, gala dinner, reception etc.)
Arranging accommodation, transfers etc
Visa application, if needed
