What if I told you that in 1 year you could look in the mirror and see a completely different version of you?
Well today's transformation goes to Meher Kohli who shows us just that! in 1 year she's crushed some serious weight loss goals losing a total of 21 kg and 8.5 inches from her waist🔥.
Say whaaa?! Crazy, right?🤯
The best part about her journey is that she isn't done yet! Meher is still crushing goals 💪.

This is the current playing field.

Everything except the discipline to create and follow a well composed diet.

Sometimes it is the simple things that we make the most complex.

We make it confusing and difficult to execute not because it is, but rather because it’s a way of distracting us from the goal.

Acknowledgment of this behavior is critical. Next step is simplify the strategy.

High quality protein is the basis for your nutrition plan, 1 gram per pound ideal body weight (you can of course go higher).

Keep carbs if you eat them to 30-40 grams max per meal to minimize insulin response. I personally am of the thought that you earn your carbs.
Keep fat in caloric check with your overall target calorie goal.

Keep it simple.
Keep it clean.
Keep it disciplined.

Never quit. No matter how much u might doubt yourself. No matter how far away it might feel. Over the years I've
learned that this is by far one of the most important aspects of success. It doesn't happen the 1st time for everyone. It doesn't happen the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 10th try...but eventually you learn enough. U go through enough to be able to find success..and not only find success but be able to continually progress..success is not something u keep, it's something u continually work towards..so get comfortable with the process.
