《鏡週刊》娛樂透視｜從一個角色，到完成13集動畫：《芽芽樂團 YaYa’s Band》的製作旅程
很開心這次《鏡週刊》用了一個相當完整的篇幅，記錄《芽芽樂團 YaYa’s Band》一路走來的故事。
記者祁玲專訪導演連俊傑與監製陳玲淑，從 YaYa 最初在2012年的一個公益音樂教育計畫中誕生，一路談到角色與世界觀的發展、無對白音樂動畫的創作挑戰、團隊如何一起發想故事，以及正式進入製作後，與不同動畫夥伴反覆磨合、調整工作流程，最終完成第一季13集的過程。
《芽芽樂團》從最初的幾個角色，到真正成為一部完整的動畫影集，走了將近14年；而第一季從正式啟動製作到完成，也花了約兩年半。
這一路上有很多嘗試，也有不少原本沒有預料到的問題需要一一解決。對我們而言，這篇專訪很珍貴的地方，是它不只介紹完成後的《芽芽樂團》，也記錄了作品背後那些平常觀眾不會看到的創作、合作、磨合，以及一群人如何把一個想法慢慢變成13集動畫的過程。

Mirror Media Goes Behind the Scenes of YaYa’s Band
We’re delighted to share an in-depth feature by Mirror Media, taking readers behind the scenes of the making of YaYa’s Band.
Journalist Chi-Ling sat down with director Chun-Chien Lien and producer Lin-Shu Chen to trace YaYa’s journey from her beginnings in a music education charity project in 2012 to becoming the heart of a 13-episode animated series.
The feature explores not only the creative origins of YaYa’s Band, but also what it took to bring the series to life: developing its characters and musical world, finding ways to tell stories without dialogue, shaping ideas through close collaboration within the creative team, and working through the many challenges and adjustments that emerged once the project entered full production.
From an initial character concept to a completed animated series, YaYa’s journey has spanned nearly 14 years. The production of Season 1 alone took around two and a half years, involving many artists, musicians, production partners, experiments, revisions, and lessons along the way.
What makes this feature particularly meaningful to us is that it captures something audiences rarely get to see—not just the finished series, but the creative decisions, collaborations, problem-solving, and persistence behind it.
