It has become a Christmas tradition to host our final event of year at a spectacular location in Munich. This year we celebrated the holiday season at the flagship store of bulthaup in Munich.

A huge thank you to Andreas, our wine partner Monteverro for their wonderful support and incredible wine selection.

We would like to take this moment to thank all of our hoteliers, agents and partners for the wonderful evening.

Introducing the passionate people behind Flospitality 🩵

Meet Loris – Senior Sales Manager and the charismatic connector who brings the Flospitality spirit wherever he goes.

With a talent for building relationships and an instinctive feel for people, Loris shapes the way we engage with clients across borders. He brings a blend of professionalism, intuition, and genuine curiosity – a combination that turns conversations into connections and connections into long-term partnerships.

Travel has always been central to how he sees the world. For him, it’s less about ticking boxes and more about immersing himself in local culture or finding quiet moments of reflection - whether that’s listening to live piano in a Chicago bar or spending time in a hidden hut far from any crowds.

A true believer in being present, he likes to keep things analogue on the road:
• Music comes from his trusty old iPod;
• Photos are taken with a real camera;
• Restaurant choices are planned before the trip;
• And pictures only get posted once he’s back home, never in the moment.

When it comes to where he stays, he gravitates toward boutique hotels with personality. He thrives on solo adventures, prefers spontaneous vibes over strict itineraries, and always chooses hole-in-the-wall gems over fancy tasting menus.

His favorite landscapes? Mountains at sunrise, where the world feels both quiet and alive. Ideally followed by a hike first - and a spa session afterward. And while he loves discovering new destinations, one annual tradition is non-negotiable: a trip to visit his family in Italy.

Authentic. Intuitive. A storyteller through experience rather than photos.

Kisawa Sanctuary’s residences offer a rare blend of privacy, space and natural beauty. Scattered across more than 300 hectares, each one-, two- or three-bedroom residence sits on its own acre of land, with a private pool, open-air living areas and direct access to beach or dune.

Designed with thatched roofs, handcrafted furniture and natural textures, the villas feel both refined and deeply rooted in their surroundings. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly, encouraging slow, easy living - morning swims, lazy lunches in the shade, or simply watching the tide roll in.

Every residence comes with its own electric Mini Moke, giving guests the freedom to explore forest paths and coastline at their own pace. Service is discreet, allowing stays to feel genuinely private.

Festive season is coming to Salzburg.

Here is a list of things to do while staying in Hotel Stein:

Christmas markets & Traditions

🪄 Mirabellplatz Christmas Market. Smaller and cozy, right across the river from Hotel Stein, ideal for local treats.

Music & Culture
🪄 Advent & Christmas concerts. A festive performance at Salzburg Cathedral or the historic St. Peter’s Abbey.
🪄 Silent Night tour. Exploring the origins of the famous carol, written near Salzburg.
🪄 Mozart concerts. Seasonal programs are held in concert halls and historic venues like Mirabell Palace.

Around Hotel Stein
🪄 Enjoy the rooftop view. Start your evening at Hotel Stein’s famous rooftop bar, with panoramic views of the festively lit Old Town and Hohensalzburg Fortress.

When autumn descends on the Italian Alps, the Schnals Valley in South Tyrol glows with quiet splendor. Golden larch forests, crisp air, and unhurried days define the season — and at its heart lies Goldene Rose Karthaus, a boutique hideaway where luxury meets stillness, recently honored with a Michelin Key for 2025.

Once a Carthusian monastery, the hotel preserves that spirit of peace in stone walls and minimalist design. From every window, peaks rise like sculpture; from every path, the forest shimmers in amber light.

Autumn here is pure poetry — days for hiking through golden woods, evenings spent by the fire or soaking in the Karthauser Bad spa. Treatments draw from glacier minerals and alpine herbs, while the kitchen reimagines local flavors with Mediterranean grace: pumpkin risotto, mountain cheeses, wild venison.

At eriro, simplicity holds the deepest beauty. A pitched roof, reinterpreted — both shelter and openness. Tradition meeting the vastness of the mountains.

Outside, a rough timber skin. Inside, soaring ceilings that carry the grandeur of the peaks. Light filtered through movable beams, shifting with shadow and weather. A house that dresses itself a Tyrolean garment in wood and stone.

Here, materials are process, memory, transformation.

Timber that darkens, wool that refines, stone that endures. Surfaces that evolve like wine, like antiques storing time and turning it into art.

Even the ground floor is not polished, but earthy — a barefoot path of stone. Purity and purpose.

Introducing the passionate people behind Flospitality 🩵

Today it’s all about Ulrike – Vice President of Communications and Flospitality PR team lead since day one.

Ulrike was born and raised in South Tyrol. Her academic path took her through Salzburg, Vienna, London, Munich, and Sardinia, where she studied Art History, Romance Languages, and Communication Sciences - an interdisciplinary foundation that shaped her passion for strategic communications.

Her professional journey began in the wine and art industries, with a strong focus on PR and marketing. This was followed by several years as Director of Communications at the renowned Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich.

In 2021, Ulrike co-founded the communications division at Flospitality. Today, she leads our internal and external communications efforts, as well as the strategic development of our brand identity across all properties.

Outside of work, Ulrike is passionate about travel in all its forms - from dynamic cities to tranquil mountains and coastlines. From summer to winter, every season has its own charme. For her, it’s often not the destination that makes a trip special, but the hotel itself.

Introducing the passionate people behind Flospitality 🩵

Meet Florian – Executive Assistant and the organisational heartbeat of Flospitality.

This year, he celebrated his 10-year anniversary with the company – a decade filled with experiences, exciting challenges, inspiring colleagues, and an energy that’s hard to match.

After spending time working in the Caribbean, he returned home to Carinthia, where fate introduced him to Florian – who had just founded Flospitality at the time. From day one, he’s been part of the journey, working with so many colleagues over the years and somehow managing to get along with all of them (a rare skill in itself 😉).

Since then, he has been the right hand to the management team, focusing on administration, office management, and the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly. He’s played his role in shaping a fast-growing international company with passion and precision.

When it comes to travel, he’s all about family holidays, group trips with close friends, and spontaneous weekend getaways – whether it’s a quick escape to Italy, a sporty adventure, or exploring somewhere completely new. While he’s not a fan of rigid itineraries, he still likes just enough structure to make the most of every trip.

Food is a big part of his adventures — from hidden gems like a tiny local tapas bar in Tías, Canary Islands, to grabbing savoury snacks wherever he goes. Breakfast? Kept small and relaxed… because snack space is important.

On the road, he’s somewhere between digital detox and always-on, soundtracked by playlists blending favourite tracks and fresh finds. Pictures? Only a few – he prefers to be in the moment rather than behind the lens.

His travel tips? Croatia’s stunning coastline, the Canary Islands’ endless charm, and the magic of wild rivers with crystal-clear, ice-cold water.

Reliable. Energetic. A true team player from day one.

We’re lucky to have him keeping the wheels turning — both in the office and on his travels.
